CHINA LINK LAMINATE FLOORING QUALITY GUARANTEE

China Link guarantees that its laminate flooring:
   1. Meets the quality standards in www.chinalinkflooring.com or in GB/T18102-2007 and        GB18580-2001.
   2. Satisfies EN E1 regarding formaldehyde emission level.
   3. Is abrasion resistant for a minimum 4,000 cycles (AC2), 6,000 cycles (AC3) or 9,000 cycles        (AC4).
   4. Is fit for domestic use for a minimum 8 years (AC2), 15 years (AC3) or 20 years (AC4).
   5. Is resistant to impact, stains and cigarette burns.
   6. Is made with High Density Fiber Board of minimum 850 Kg/m3.
   7. Has a water absorption thickness expansion coefficient ≤ 18%.
   8. Has a modulus of rupture ≥ 35 MPa.[1]

This guarantee shall only be valid if:
   1. The fitter has:
        · Followed fitting instructions as in www.chinalinkflooring.com
        · Inspected the floor planks before laying them down.
        · Stopped installation and contacted the supplier if planks are defective.
   2. The users have:
        · Followed maintenance instructions as in www.chinalinkflooring.com
        · Used the flooring per its intended purpose.

This guarantee does not cover:
   1. Damages caused by:
        · Transportation and storage;
        · Improper installation,[2] use and maintenance;
        · Natural disasters, water, fire, furniture, heels, pets, chemicals;
        · Product alterations or attempts to repair, refinish or re-coat.
   2. Minor color differences in the decorative paper.
   3. Expansion and shrinkage due to seasonal changes, age and sun light.
   4. Normal wearing, especially in high traffic areas.

Guarantee Beneficiary and Guarantee activation procedure:
The beneficiary of this guarantee is the original purchaser of China Link’s wood flooring. This guarantee is not transferable.

In order to activate the guarantee, the beneficiary shall submit: 1) a report on the nature and extent of the quality issue; 2) the relevant purchase contract or commercial invoice; 3) relevant pictures and samples. China Link reserves the right to undertake a visual and technical inspection of the flooring concerned.

On the basis of the above, China Link shall take a position within 8 working days. In case China Link finds the claim to be well-founded, it shall either reimburse or replace the flooring concerned.
