UNDERLAY QUALITY INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1.TOOLS
1.1 Measuring tape
1.2 Digital caliper
1.3 Burner
2. SAMPLING
We sample in accordance with Level II of SSPNI (see below).
3. INSPECTION AND TESTING PROCEDURE
3.1 We first check product quantity: number of m2 per roll, number of rolls per container.
3.2 We then check that packaging is appropriate: bag quality, wrapping, printing.
3.3 We randomly select packages for inspection. We mark selected packages and their rolls with China Link' s chop for easy identification and to ensure rolls inspected are in fact those selected.
3.4 We open every selected package and inspect every roll.
3.5 Roll inspection is broken down into:

Width
Thickness
Weight
3.5.2 Visual appearance
3.5.3 quality testing should have:
Flammability
Termal Resistance
3.6 Container
Container loading
Container sealing
